Street Photography Presentation by Jean-Marc Bara February 19, 7:15pm

On February 19, our own member Jean-Marc Bara will make a presentation on Street Photography, sharing what he has learned since when this genre has become his main interest in photography. His presentation will cover what makes a good street photograph, the rewards and challenges of street photography, a broad overview of different approaches/styles used in street photography as well as techniques for improving the odds of making a good street photograph. To illustrate his points he will show selected images from contemporary photographers that have been an inspiration to him. The talk covers much ground so please arrive at 7:15 so that we can ensure a prompt start.
