Steven Labkoff Earns a Perfect Score for “The Wind Beneath My Wings” in our December Photo Competition
Congratulations to Steven Labkoff for achieving a perfect score of 27 from our three judges at our December’s competition. Steven’s image was submitted into the Black & White Print Class Salon Open Subject category.
Here is Steven’s remarks about the image:
“A few weeks ago, the Stamford Photography Club hosted Roie Galitz (www.roiegalitz.com), an award-winning nature life Nat Geo photographer. He gave the club a wonderful lecture on how to capture wildlife in action. That inspired me to give some of his tips a try. This sea gull was shot with the wind at my back and my wife tossing bread in the air. This gull was looking for a free meal. The capture was shot on a Nikon with a 28-300 lens on a partially cloudy day. Processed in Photoshop with an assist from Nik filters.”
Congratulations Steven! Your image has been added to the Perfect Score Gallery
