Photo Opportunity: Plainville Fire Company’s Hot Air Balloon Festival, August 28-30

The 2015 Plainville Fire Company Hot Air Balloon Festival will be held on August 28, 29, and 30th.

This event is an intimate gathering of balloons that the public can see up close, as in you can wander the grounds as they prepare for flight.

You can even reserve a ride (though not directly through the festival sponsor).
