An Evening with Photographer and Storyteller Eddie Soloway at PCLFC April 9, 7:30-9:30pm
Join us for an informative and entertaining evening as Eddie presents “Memories, Moons and Imagination,” an inspirational session designed to re-kindle the reason we make photographs, followed by “Breaking Out of the Box,” a practical look at ways to create fresh, important, and dynamic images inside the camera.
Eddie Soloway’s photographs are the expression of his passion for the natural world. In 1998, he received the Excellence in Photographic Teaching Award presented by the Santa Fe Center for Photography, and in 2010 Photo District News named Eddie one of America’s best photography workshop teachers. He divides his time between making fine-art prints, teaching for leading photographic institutions, speaking for National Geographic, and furthering photographic publishing projects. Eddie will be signing copies of his book One Thousand Moons, and will have copies of his Natural Eye instructional DVD, after the presentation.
