Call for Entries – Fairfield Museum’s IMAGES 2016 – Deadline Monday, March 21, 2016

The Fairfield Museum and History Center announces the 7th annual IMAGES 2016 photography competition, which celebrates the exceptional work of talented regional photographers. The museum invites professional, serious amateur, and student photographers from Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts to participate.

A jury will select approximately 50 photographs for exhibition in the IMAGES 2016 show, which will open MAY 14 at the SPRING GALA and be on display at the Fairfield Museum through June 27, 2016. The exhibition provides an excellent opportunity for artists to connect with prominent collectors, gallery owners, fellow photographers, and the public. In conjunction with IMAGES 2016, the Fairfield Museum will host a solo exhibition celebrating the work of Jack Delano, Connecticut, 1940: Farms, Factories, and the Photographs of Jack Delano.
